The actual expiry date is shown on the back of the box; depending on when the customer buys the ElfBox, they will have between 3 to 14 months to use it.

Not at all. That’s the beauty of the Elf Box. You will have the opportunity to read through the guidebook and to make your selection whenever you want, within the limits of validity.

What in the world is the Mix n Match Pack? (Questions about the Mix n Match Concept)

It functions pretty similarly to the ElfBox range except that instead of choosing a predetermined theme, you get to mix and match from our entire range! How exciting is that! For example, you will be able to pick a selection of 10 experience providers with our ULTIMATE Mix n Match Pack across our Boutiques by SG (retail), Zen (spa and wellbeing), Indulge (dining) and Exhilarate (adventure) range. This is in contrast to the ElfBox range where the experience providers for each category of ElfBox have already been predetermined by us. The ElfBox and the Mix n Match Pack range have their own benefits, you decide which suits you best.

How do I start with a Mix n Match Pack? (Questions about the Mix n Match Concept)

Upon purchase of a Mix n Match Pack, you or your beneficiary will receive a premium gift pack which contains:
- a luxurious guide pack that presents all the experiences and the contact details of the experience providers
- and an Elf Experience Voucher
You may then choose one out of the many exclusive experiences outlined in our full colour guide inside the Mix n Match Pack.
In the case of the A La Carte Pack in particular, the experience provider has already been determined by the thoughtful buyer of the Pack. You will receive a brochure presenting the chosen experience, the contact details, and an Elf Experience Voucher to redeem the experience, all nicely packaged just for you!
Call the experience provider of your choice and make a reservation. Don't forget to book 7 days in advance to ensure that you have more options.
Then simply head down to the experience provider selected, present your Elf Experience Voucher together with your identity card to enjoy your experience!

The actual expiry date is shown on the back of the pack; depending on when the customer buys the Mix n Match Pack, they will have between 3 to 14 months to use it.

Not at all, unless you have purchased an A La Carte Pack. For the A La Carte Pack, the experience has already been decided upon purchase. However, you can still take your time to decide on the date. For the rest, you will have the opportunity to read through the pack and to make your selection whenever you want, within the limits of validity.

Can I extend the validity of the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack? (Concept – General)

The ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack is valid up until the expiry date that is shown on the back of the Elf Box/ Mix n Match Pack. We regret to inform you that extension of the voucher validity is not possible.

Can I return the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack if I do not like it? (Concept – General)

Call the experience provider that you have chosen to make a reservation. The booking information is available in the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack. Please do not forget to make your booking 7 days in advance to ensure that you get the date and time that works best for you.
Fill up the relevant information on the Elf Experience Voucher available in the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack and present it, along with your identification card upon arrival in order to redeem your Elf Experience (prior to use). Your Elf Experience Voucher is your means of payment, you will not need to pay anything more unless specifically indicated in the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack.

Are there any special terms and/ or conditions required in order to take part in the activities included in the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack?

In most cases, there are no special terms and/ or conditions required to complete an activity. However, we do recommend that you check with the respective experience provider while making your reservation.
Depending on the activity, you may be asked to bring certain items with you (i.e. swimsuit, windbreaker, running shoes, etc.). You could also be required to provide personal information for your benefit and safety (i.e. age, height, weight, medical conditions, etc.).
A medical certificate may be required depending on the terms and/ or conditions of the service provider and the activity.
A valid driver’s license will be required for all activities involving the operation of a vehicle as specified by the service providers’ terms and conditions.

Do I need to make a reservation to redeem my gift? (Questions about the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack Procedure)

Reservation of 7 days before is strongly recommended to ensure admission and better service allocation. Check with venues for operating hours and schedule in advance.
Please allow 48 hours notice before scheduled time if you want to reschedule an appointment. Any missed appointment or late notice may void your gift voucher.

What happens if I cancel my reservation or don't show up? (Questions about the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack Procedure)

Cancellation or rescheduling policy may vary from one experience provider to another. Please check with the experience provider whom you have booked your experience with.
If you do not show up at the time of your reservation or do not reschedule on time, the relevant voucher may be voided.

You can redeem your Elf Experience and One Time Special Offer Vouchers any day of the week, including weekends, pending availability and the experience providers’ terms and conditions.

Are there any additional fees that would be incurred? (Questions about the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack Cost)

The price of each ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack includes an all-inclusive Elf Experience Voucher and an accompanying One-Time Special Offer Voucher (excluding Mix n Match Pack). Each ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack would provide details of each activity and the experience provider that are included in your package.
The vouchers do not offer transportation or any extra costs not mentioned in the guide.
Should you choose to have additional activities and/ or services not mentioned in the guide, it will incur extra cost to you that cannot be redeemed with the ElfBox’s or Mix n Match Pack’s Elf Experience or One Time Special Offer Vouchers.

What happens if I lose my ElfBox or Mix n Match Pack? (Questions about the ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack Cost)

Please safeguard your ElfBox/ Mix n Match Pack and your vouchers: they are not replaceable if lost or stolen. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft.

Elf and Co Packaging and Delivery

Elf and Co provides 3 delivery options for you:

Normal delivery:
- Estimated delivery time: 3-4 working days from day of dispatch.
- Normal delivery costs are $3.50 for the first item purchased and $2 for every additional item. Additional $2.50 is required for registered mail. It is strongly recommended that you utilize registered mail as Elf and Co bears no responsibility for lost or delayed packages.
Super Fast Delivery:
- Estimated delivery time: 1 working day from day of dispatch.
- Super Fast delivery costs are $12.50 for the first item purchased and $2 for every additional item.
Turbo Fast Delivery:
- Estimated delivery time: Within 6 hours from order.
- Super Fast delivery costs are $22.50 for the first item purchased and $2 for every additional item.

- Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) will be usually dispatched the same working day.
